Hi,
I have ordered in Jiomart on date:20.10.2020. out of that 16 item of Rs.1019.85 was not delivered in full Order Number order no. 16032060189100439A. So a ticket was raised first 6037029236 . No action was taken but the ticket closed. Then I called to once more they apologized and opened another ticket, again no action was taken. Always they said that it is a technical issue, some agents say refund would be provided , sometimes they say product would be delivered, you would get a call from backend team etc. etc. and time wastes. Then I called again and another 6037769181 ticket was raised with same excuses. No actions.
