I order goods from Jiomart , out of that one item(Amul Butter 500Gm 1 quantity) was not delivered in full Order Number order no. *16015809329018203A*. So a ticket was raised first 6028335566. No action was taken till date. Then I called up once more they apologized again no action was taken. Always they say its a technical issue, some agents say refund would be provided , sometimes they say product would be delivered, you would get a call from backend team etc. etc. all lies and time wastes. No actions
