One of my orders (16751799550284791A) placed on January 31, 2023, is not yet delivered.
I have called the helpline number (18008901222) multiple times and have repeatedly raised complaints.
Even my previous complaint on 3rd March was closed without any resolution.
Every time I call, an executive will pick up and tell me that the problem will be resolved within 48 hours, but then nothing happens.
Unfortunately, the option to cancel my order and get my refund is also not available on your website/mobile-application.
And on top of that, every day it shows the very next day as the delivery date.
