Hi I had ordered on jiomart merchant partner app

Tracking Id : SPD-0007929193-21
Order date : 30-09-2021
Payment type : online
Still now i didn’t received the order but in app it is showing already delivered .
I have also raised the ticket but they are saying that item has been delivered on 2nd October .
They even don’t have any proof regarding delivery
