I had placed an order with JioMart on 16th August 2020 which amounted to ₹1783.34 out of which they refunded only ₹99 immediately. The balance the amount (₹1684) is still pending. After repeated calls and email also there is no Proper response. The team always asks to wait for 48 hours. It has been over 2 months and I haven’t received my refund. This is purely harassment to customers.
