Text of Complaint by Ankit mittal:

I Have placed a grocery order on 04.01.22 via Jiomart app and it has been delivered by 5.01.22 with partial items with the full bill. So I have informed the delivery boy as well as raised a complaint also, but there is no response after 14 days of my complaint, every day I am calling them and getting only one answer “Try to resolve ASAP and this is ticket has put on Priority”.
Very pathetic customer service of Reliance owns Jio mart.
