Hello,

My Name is Tej Doshi.

I ordered from JioMart 5th July 2020.

And get delivered @7th July 2020.

But their some missing product in that order.. 2kg Sugar worth 74rs.(instead of 4kg i received 2kg)

Shree Tej Patta 50 g

Qty: 1
Shree Lavang 10 g
₹15.81
Qty: 1

They are just Providing me Refund for tej patta and Lavang. /Because Delivery Guy said me before only 2 product is already missing.

When i came home I open Jio mart bag and See their no Label how much gram in it.

Then i try to measure how much KG of sugar is it’s 2kg only.

so, i call to Delivery guy he said Mail them but in mail their no Team only.. Just Robot is replying Your mail is came n all.

& customer care is saying Your Compain is under process.

And Whatsapp (robot)is saying tej patta & Lavang refund is under process.

 

But what about 2kg Sugar?

Please Help to get my refund.
