I had ordered twice, 1st order on Sept 30 which was canceled due to technical issue from Jiomart’s end and confirmed by the support agent on 3rd Oct (2nd order). The same day I placed the order again and Till date there are postponing date without any notification . I have tried contacting multiple times to Jiomart support, support is so perthitic, I never heard anything beyond those representative telling we need to wait for 24-48 hours, irrespective of speaking to supervisors. This is frustrating. With this type of support or delivery am planning not/never to order anything through Jiomart.
We had a function and getting this product was essential. Thanks to jiomart it’s a mess now.
Am done with Jiomart, don’t want to have any further relationship with Jiomart, now the situation is neither they deliver the product nor providing refund, we don’t even have the option to cancel the order. My order is worth 1777INR. Its been I have made a payment 7 days ago and still waiting for the delivery.
