Unable to login to app due to invalid otp
Tried to reach out customer care from multiple channels – telephonic customer care, twitter,whatsapp,mail
and also mailed to level 2 nodal officer escalation which has SLA of 48 hours . Still the issue is not resolved since June 2021 (Ticket No:6235555970)
I have RS 50 in the wallet too. So since i am unable to login, unable to make any orders or use my wallet.
