I ordered a trackpants from jio mart on 18th October. The product was delivered to me on 23rd October and I returned that product on 27th October. I have been chasing the customer care since then and made almost 10-15 calls to them but no solution has been given to me yet. Everytime they ask me for 48 hours but 45 days have lapsed and no solution is given to me and not even a single time they have responded to me. I am attaching the status of my jiomart app which says that refund has been initiated and will be credited to me in 5-7 days. But this status is reflecting in my app from 1 month. This is very annoying.
