Text of Complaint by PRASHANT KUMAR MISHRA:

I am facing login problem with jiomart. I have talked several times to their customer care service and all the time they provide similar reply that their team is working on the resolution and that i would be updated as early as possible. The similar reply i have listened from them on every occasion. My amount is also stuck in the wallet of jiomart. They are not providing any solution.
