On 25th August 2020, I placed an order and made a payment to JIOMART for purchase of grocery items. I made this purchase online amounting INR3198.98.
The products were supposed to be delivered on 27th August 2020, however even as on date i.e. 01 Sep 2020 (1415hr) I am not in receipt of the good. I had made numerous and failed attempts for appropriate resolution of the same. The portal shows goods have been delivered; however JIOMART is not sharing the acknowledgment copy of goods receipt.
JIOMART has credited an amount of INR1048.34 back in my account, but the remaining amount or goods are yet to be received.
I hereby request you to please help me in getting the goods delivered at my place or getting the refund. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your immediate intervention and guidance. Details concerning this purchase are as below.
