On 3rd december 2022 I ordered a mobile.They shows the product will delivered on 9th december 2022.after that day they change the date of delivery.I complainted to jiomart customer care in 10th december 2022.The customer care executive Ajin verma says they will open that complaint after 48 hours.after 48 hour they will not responded.again I raise a complaint but they says the compaint didn’t registered,today is the day they registered the complaint and need 48 hours to open that complaint.after 48 hours again called them.they says that they call that day.after evening they didn’t fix that problem even responds to my complaint.after that again called to them.They says that they will refund my money after the delivery.I have no trust in them because the same product have more than one complaint in consumer complaint court.So they steal more money from customers on same product.The actual product is not even exist.I need my money back.after 4 days they didn’t react about it.They always says only I can cancel my order after delivery.even they didn’t replay my mail.so I complaint fraud case against jio mart
