I had placed an order in Jiomart on 01-03-2013 for multiple items with order number 16776918510399833W. The items were delivered in different shipments. One of the shipments with shipment number 16787891061751518265J reached Bangalore on 06-03-2013 but was delivered only on 13-03-2023. In that shipment one item was smaller in size compared to the order. I had ordered 1.5m shower tube but what was delivered was only 0.9m long. I immediately took a photo of the item by keeping it next to a 1m steel scale and lodged a complaint by email. I got a reply saying return of the product will be arranged. After two days on 15-03-2023 morning I received an SMS saying return pickup will be done on 15-03-2023. I waited at home for full day, but nobody called or turned up for return pickup. I made another complaint by email. Next day morning I received an SMS saying return pickup will be done on 16-03-2023. Again I waited at home for full day, but nobody called or turned up for return pickup. I made another complaint by email. Next day morning I received an SMS saying return pickup will be done on 17-03-2023. Evening at 3.51pm I got a call from 88843 12756. He said he is from Jiomart and is coming for return pickup. In a few minutes he arrived for return pickup. He checked the item and took and went away. Till today company has not acknowledged return nor is it sending correct item. Till now I have sent more than 10 emails to the company for resolving the issue. I get only vague replies. Last email I sent on 28-03-2023 to their customer service head. I have not got even a vague reply for that.
