I ordered groceries against order no. 15935872729012848M with jiomart online and paid rs.1499/- through their app on 1st July. Their delivery boy came with items worth rs.431/- only.
Then I called the delivery boy back just after five minutes stating that items were deficit in the parcel. He could not reply anything about, so I returned these few delivered back.
Thereafter made numerous complaints on phone, registered complaints with them five times. Also written mails 3-4 times , asking for refund of my money back to my account.
But there is no refund back to me, and even no response. They have eaten my rs 1499/-. No e-comerce company does ever do the fraud like these reliance people.
I am very much disappointed with jiomart,a newcomer but a fraudster.
