Text of Complaint by KUMARESH HALDER:

I ordered for online delivery of some grocery items from Jio Mart App valued at Rs.573.40 by online payment on 02.08.2020. The items were scheduled to be delivered on 05.08.2020.

But the items were not delivered on 05.08.2020 and the “Track Order” section of the App did not show any development on 05.08.2020 except “ORDERED”.

I therefore cancelled the order no. 15963363889009717A on 05.08.2020. Though the App shows refund order initiated, the money has not yet been credited to my account even after elapse of more than a month. The customer care of the company was emailed several times without any result.

Even the Chairman of Jio Mart, Mr Mukesh Ambani has been written a number of times with a formal application in pdf form sent via his personal email informing of the matter and with the request for solution of the case early,by refund of my money. But no response was made or action taken.

It appears now that Jio Mart is a fraudulent company with engagement of some trained fraudsters to cheat common people of their money. There are many complaints of similar nature against Jio Mart on different sites.

Being a retired government servant, I am much concerned about how to get my money back.
