I had ordered Amul milk of worth Rs.240/-, on 7th October (which was pre-paid order, payment done using paytm wallet balance). On 8th october the website stated that it is delivered but I haven’t received the product.
So on 9th October, I called their customer care number 18008901222, and they filed the complaint to fix it, complaint number is 6022476145. The customer care executive told that issue will be resolved within 48 hrs.
I waited till 11th October, nothing happened – neither the product was delivered nor the refund. I called customer care again on 12th October, and customer care executive repeated that it will resolved within 48 hrs.
Again I waited till 14th October, and called in evening about the status of complaint, unfortunately, we cannot track the complaint status online, we had to call customer care number. So on 14th October evening, they again repeated that it will be resolved within 48 hrs.
I had repeated the process, on 16th and 19th October, but each time they have same response and the issue still exists.
Today it has been 15 days since I ordered the product, but still I haven’t received the product nor the refunded amount.
Hence reaching out to consumer complaints court to take further action on this matter.
