Text of Complaint by Deepak:

Seeing the full page ad in TOI newspaper, I ordered groceries for first time on JioMart.com on 15-Aug-2020, amounting to 2518.87 rs./-.

Order was placed with 2-3 initial transaction failures and showed target delivery on 17-Aug.

However, When I checked on 17-Aug, target delivery date changed to 18-Aug, and when i checked on 18-Aug, target delivery date changed to 19-Aug.

I got a shock, when on 19-Aug morning, it showed your order has been delivered, however i didn’t get or receive anything.

I filed a complaint with their Customer Care number 1800-890-1222 and they assured to check and resolve in 48 hours. Nothing happened in these 2 days, except that around 322 rupees got credited back to my a/c (out of total of 2518 rs/.-).

Hence, I again tried to reach out on 20 or 21st Aug and complained about my order marked delivered, and again they assured the same.

However, I was more shocked and disheartened, when I saw that it is now marked delivered as per my complaint on 21-Aug, however this time as well, I hadn’t receive any order.

What kind of company or Customer care deptt. is it, and how their website/software is working is unbelievable.

I then again dropped an email and spoke to customer care, since I now seriously doubted the company antedecents, and seeing my balance money/order in danger.

And, Customer care executive told that they are not able to deliver my order, hence they have closed the complaint (how cruel), and that it will take 7 working days to get a refund back in my account and i will get an update/status reflected in 48 hours.

 

Now, Till today that is 25-Aug, I am waiting for my refund, and think that will never order on JioMart.com.
