Hi Team,
I ordered groceries from Jio Mart on 28 July 20, it was showing expected delivery on 30-Jul-20 which is not delivered yet to me but order is marked as ‘Delivered’.
Suddenly, on 30-Jul-20 at 9.00 PM, I received message “Your order is dispatched, delivery guy number xxxxxxxx, and OTP”.
In the morning of 31-Jul-20: Around 10 PM, order started showing ‘Delivered’ even I didnt receive any order and also didnt shared my OPT with someone.
I called delivery guy, he is not picking up phone at all. Called customer care 2-3 times, got complaint number but no action is taken yet after 24-34 hour. Also mailed customer care 2-3 times, no replies are there.
Can someone help here..
