Hi Team, I see on their mobile app and JioMart website that both the orders
Hi Team, I see on the mobile app that both the orders :15946101589009747M and 15946061419007742M placed on their mobile app on 13th july are delivered but actually i dint receive any order nor anyone contacted me for the same.
Now not sure where they are lost and whom they were delivered to?
This is my first time experience shopping on your site and I was not expecting this from JioMart atleast.
I called their care team atleast 15 times and everytime they say I should hear from their back end team within 24 hrs which never happened since the day I complained on 17th July.
Also wrote emails to both cs@jiomart.com and cshead@jiomart.com to find no resolution till date.
Please look into it and do the needful.
