I have order grocery from jio Mart in 09/05/2022 order no 16520957550125316M and paid ₹2200 online. The delivery date was showing 10/05/2022. But after 10th the delivery date was showing the next date same repeating day by day

Ihave placed order on 9th,and 11is the delivery date,at 11 evening they texted me the delivery boy number and when I called he told me order could not be delivered to your location,it will get cancelled,after that I checked the app at night it’s showing returned and also they have forwarded my registered number for jiomart.I called the jiomart customer care and told me to wait 7 days to get my refund,but seriously I dont trust these peoples.My order total was rupees 967.I need my refund as my friend is also stuck with the same issue since 1 month .kindly help me with this .
