I am senior citizen 75 years had taken Internet service on May 11, 2021 and after a week was unable to use their service so cancelled the service after few days later before 30-days trial offer. I have been communicating since June 8 for device pickup and since then no one came to pick device. I have been sending continous email to pick device and return my refund. But the customer service has so bad customer service that either they tell me go to Mulund/Borivali to drop device. And when I went they said we do not accept return device. They went on sending false timings for device pickup and till today I did not get my refund $ 1500 back to the account. Please assist as I do not have earnings to loose.
