JioFiber provided free trail connection on 16th March 2021 for 30 days by paying Rs.2500/- as security deposit for Modem and Setup box and had issues with speed as they were able to provide only 6Mbps which poor after multiple complaints they were unable to response so on 8th April 2021 requested for cancellation of connection within 30 days which was accepted and i was informed that within 7 works day Modem and Setup box will be picked up from me and in next 7 days security deposit of Rs.2500/- will be refunded to my bank account. I have been following up with JioFiber for more than 100 times pickup the device from 16th April 2021 until Sept 2021 one of the service engineer called for device pick up after 6 months which he was not even aware of he also informed that security deposit will be refunded only after 14 working days. When i question for will it be the same i need follow up again for the refund like device pick took 6 months he was unable to answer so i informed him pay me the deposit and take the device. After than there was no response from JioFiber until Feb 2022 after which i was daily harassments calls multiple time that i have not returned the device and when i raised the complaint finally they picked up the device 9th March 2022 after 11 month after cancellation with promise that within 14 working days refund of Security deposit of Rs. 2500/- would be provided but until today they are not responding and if i call JioFiber customer care they are providing update that only Rs.500/- would be refunded and others would be considered as installation and delay in device pick charges.
