I had been using Jiofi without any problem during the initial data pack period. After its expire I have recharged it online . But it is not working. Displays the message that sim is not activated Jio dealer has suggested that a complicated method of inserting Jio sim into 4G PHONE , GETTTING OTP , THEN REGISTERING IT. WHY IT SHOULD BE SO COMPLICATED? Why cant you provide otp to the number which I have provided initially on purchase
