Hello,

I am writing this letter with great disappointment. I have bought my jiofi device six months ago. This device was facing issue in network connectivity couple of months back. When i switched off the device and back on the device works properly. I took the device to Jio service centre at Oberon Mall, Kochi.
Firstly they said it was because of one update once it done after couple of days the issue still persists. Second time i took this device to same service centre they said it was due to battery bulging issue so i replaced the battery and once i reached home again the same issue.
Third time they said the device needs another update and i said this not about the update the issue was with the device but the Customer agent was not accepting it he said if the issue again comes then need to contact customer care for the network feasibility.
I am using 3 Jio sims and network signal is in full strength. I changed the sim in the device but issue was still there. This device is under warranty and Customer executive was making me run behind this as I am working it is very difficult get time to take this device to service center numerous time.
I am very unsatisfied with the approach of the Customer executive at the Service Center. Please provide a resolution regarding this issue as I am happy to be a customer of your product.
