Jio WIFI Mesh extender issue

Text of Complaint by Ezhilenthi:

My extender was purchased few months back directly from Myjio application it was not a perfect product and after few days it stopped working and when I get some time I raised support ticket a engineer visited my house told me to take it to Jio center at mogappair Chennai office for rectification and the following incident happened

1. 7 Nov I have visited Jio center Mugpappair the center they provided me swap, the swap device worked fine for 5 days then wifi indicator started showing yellow light the connected device (external camera connected) didn’t get signal from the router ) photo attached .
2. 14 Nov again I visited Reliance center Mogappair . Thiru (9363472613) mentioned he upgraded the software. However the issue was not fixed and I can see the yellow light still.
3. Then the next day I reached out to Jothi vinayagam (6379719452 and a person was sent to my place and he took my Thiru In video call and he almost spent 2 hours and no luck. Then this team mentioned this is not their if the device didn’t work in my location. Its work of network team and they are not responsible for foxing the problem.

4. So far two Engineers visited (Viviek 9094133023 (Thursday 16 Nov ) Gautham Sitharth (9092729196 ) both took time to debug and both confirmed this is issue with the hardware

Now I have already visited Jio Magappair 8 times and they don’t have any resolution and they Jothi vinayagan is asking me to visit he will check and but if its not working in at my place he not responsible. So I don’t see any point in going their again and they watnted dilute the problem by making me to visit multiple times causing physical and mental strain. Now they don’t have any resolution so this ticket SR00001SK72F multiple times without any resolution.

We buy this product Jio Extender for 2500/ (half the price we get better extender from TPlink ) and its now proved that jio support don’t have expertise to fix technical problem related to extender and they are just doing sales procuring product from china. I request Jio team to atleast refund 50% of my money so that I can buy a good device outside.
