It’s been 4 Months since i have been complaining jio about the Internet Speed in the area i live. The most common answer i receive is due to high number of users in your area internet is not working good. They accept the fault but have not solved this issue since 4 mnths. I don’t understand if there are really high no. Of users here they should work on the network and increase the no. Of towers or come up with a solution. But everytime the story repeats. They do not work at all. Meanwhile the internet speed is so poor that 2G worked better than this. Jio is looting us by the name of 4G.
Hereby i am attaching the complaints i have registered to Jio.
