Hi,
I have subscricbe the jio fibre 7 months back now wier of jio fibre get broke and service is not getting
I have raised a complaint in jio fibre platform their engineer comes and have done miss behaves with mine family members which in any case not toreable….
Mine service is still in resume mode
Please do BGC of your technician before sending to customer premises and provide some softskill training so that they know how to talk and behaves with the ladies who stay in the homes
I request jio and jio fibre concern spoc they will take an strick action and will hope these kind of things will not repeat to anyone else who is using jio fibre service
