Text of Complaint by Roopali Yeole:

My complaint is not just against 1 person but overall we are in tech world and Passport verification also does not take so long and does not require so many visits when a person is visiting  the store and signing the forms then why should it be rejected in 1st place. If the pre -post service is not there removed it please from the portal. All the customers should be treated at par. 
Valmik (87935 22492) had visited my office on Bund Garden Road,Pune  and I got his number internally from my colleagues. I spoke to him in length and he assured he can do the needful on the very same day i.e.  Sat 9th Feb 2019 and the number will be activated by Monday only. I was fine with this. However, the whole day went by he did not bother to call back or confirm anything. Since he is direct Jio agent he should have at least had the courtesy to explain me what went wrong or what should be the next course of action here. If he did not want to support he should not have given false assurance of doing it. 
Anyways all this happened, next day on Sun i put in request on Jio website to initiate the action your website has door step deliver option for Pre to Post. The guy from Koregaon Park store, Opps Lane 5, Pune came to my office Amit Bhosale he then explained and said we do not have the authority to take pre-post forms out of the store hence you will have to visit once and submit the form it will be activated in 24hrs. Same day I reached the store 11th Feb 2019 as this is my office number and was not active for more than 10 days then. After visiting the store in KP as this is the closest in my vicinity, not very close by though.They guy was helpful but he made me fill the form some 2-3 times saying forms get rejected for small reasons by the service centre. Late evening  i get a call for some observation in the address and I have resign the form. this is 2nd visit late evening from Station to KP. Yesterday again i got a call saying the sign is mis-match and i had to visit again to the store this is 3rd visit. Today again i get a call to come and visit the JIo store for some post paid form fillingPathetic is also and under estimate word now for Jiooooooooooooooo
My colleagues who submitted the forms to the Jio Agent Valmik their forms were not rejected by Jio Service centre their number was activated hassle free,  then why is my form going back and forth what is this kind of service just because I have manually visited to do the needful this is response Jio is giving to their 1st time customers. 
Second the store also took INR 350 from me same as what Valmik was paid by my colleagues, then why there is disparity in service and issues ? 
I am a working person 10times going to the store spending Rs 120 per visit is definitely more than the porting and other charges
