Claiming to be one of the top most telecom services JIO has ruined my life since 14th December 2018. I lost my cellphone bearing my JIO number 7002655594 after valid police enquiry I went to an outlet of JIO for sim replacement and as per their norms they have given me a sim bearing number ICCID-89918550500014539332 on the same day. Surprisingly the sim didn’t got activated even after the 4th day so I raised a customer complaint. They again assured me of resolving the issue after 48 hours but after the time passed I contacted them and again they asked me of applying a new SIM for the same. As on date I have applied for three SIM card as a mode of replacement the second one is on 21st December bearing ICCID-89918550500017836685 and the last one on the 25th December bearing ICCID -89918550400095653732 which was applied on JIo office at South Sarania. Surprisingly none of the sim is not activated and while contacting the CC executive they suggested me of applying for a new SIM again and again. I need to know when this story will come to a end. This is total harrashment towards a public and to a consumer each time I am applying for a replacement with my valid documents each time my sim is not activated and no one has the proper information regarding the same. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP
