In 2018 I port my sim from Airtel to jio network so that time jio retailer taken my Aadhaar details and my thumb but my sim was not registered on my name. October 1st my physical sim changed to ESIM process in that process my sim was blocked so I go to jio care office and I asked my lost sim they told sim was not there in your name, till that time I don’t know that sim was not there in my name. Actually I using that sim from 2018 to 2022 still now and I showed some proofs that number linked with that my Aadhaar card and pan card , bank account and some Goverment I’d that mobile number only linked. In 2018 jio sim retailer mistakenly registered my sim to another person. I go to jio main office they told we can’t do any thing because sim was not registered on your name they told but I told in 2018 your retailer mistake was that Bymistake my sim registered to another person I told and I show them some proofs also but they told we can’t do anything.
