Hi All,
I have requested for a Jio Sim as the current one is having physical damage as it it’s not detecting network in phone.It’s been more than 10 days got over after collecting a new Sim from Jio store and still it’s not activated.I haven’t got any proper intimation even after raising an SR too with the customer care.I have submitted the necessary proofs and conveyed the Serial Number of the Sim I received to customer care executives. Still, I haven’t got any updates and the customer care executives are keep telling your SR is in open state and no more updates it seems.Please be inform that,i am already a Jio customer with Prime membership and still i really don’t know what’s stopping Jio team to have a check on my request. They are not caring an existing customer and no courtesy of working with SLA. Really disappointed with the interaction and hence mentioning here.Thanks!
