I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the delay in receiving my Jio SIM, despite having ported my BSNL number to Jio and making the payment online. As of today, it has been almost six days since I initiated the process, and I have yet to receive my SIM card.
I have made multiple calls to Jio’s customer care at 1800-889-9999 and they said sim will arrive soon. When I did finally get through, I was assured the SIM would be delivered by today, but that promise was not kept.
Jio’s repeated delays, unresponsive delivery personnel, and rigid store policies have caused me significant distress, inconvenience, and financial loss. I demand immediate action to either expedite the SIM delivery today or authorize the store to release it directly to me. Additionally, I expect compensation for the distress and disruption this situation has caused.
