I ordered two Jio sim delivery for me and my father with the recharge amount of 299, 399 (mandatory by Jio to order a SIM) on 18th of June month.
It almost the year still there is no action taken, they shared the person who they call executive, He is not even responding the call.
I raised multiple complaints and ha a call with JIO care, they said it will be resolved in 72 hrs max. but
It has been multiple 72 hrs. still they are saying the same reply
