Today i tried to book a set top box to my home in the my jio app and suddenly a chat window has opend and it sent a message they told me that visit the nearest store you have eligible for a free set top box and you can redeem it from the shop. But the shop keepers told to me that they don’t have a offer like that for this is issue i contacted the customer care and they dis continued my call
