on 7th Sept 2020, i lodged a complain for jio network in my locality with complain no. SR0000126MFO where they assured to solve network problem within 60 days, but they didnot took any measure to resolve the issue.
Again, i contact with jio care, they again says within 60 days they will resolve the issue, but they do nothing.
As a customer have to pay monthly charge with hope to get better service, but without service they are collecting only money. they should resolve the issue immediately.
