Dear sir on 23 sep 2019 I recharged my jio no. 9669082732 using google pay for which transaction status was shown as succesful but recharge was not done. The money is still with jio citibank as per google pay customer service. In the attachment enclosed details are for transaction reference no for jio and google pay. Kindly help and return my money as soon as possible.
