Text of Complaint by Md alim:

Dear Citibank,

On 2 January 2019 i made reacharge using Paytm upi id of jio pack 555 after apply a Jio voucher the amount was 505. My payment was failed at 2 times while I was recharging but 3rd time money was sent successfully to jio@citibank.

 

I Request to you please Refund my balanace which is 505 because money has been deducted from bank account.

 

If you want i can share UPI REFERENCE ID for checking.
