I recharged my jio jio number through my jio app and they send me a link to pay from jio@citibank to my phonepay app. I payed 348 rupees. Now they are not done the recharge. But my phonepe app showing me that the transaction is successful. The transaction ID is CITI903850784A7E764AE0539082BBA9159 . The money deducted from my Paytm payments bank . Please help me to refund my money back.
