I tried to transfer money to my friend to his account to RS 599 but unfortunately the money sent to jio@citibank by mistake. i have transferred money from Paytm UPI to Jio@citibank on date-02-04-2020.the upi reference I’d :-009310073800
So please check and refund My Amount.

Hi, did this issue get resolved for you? The same thing happened with me. Tried to transfer to a friend’s account, but after the transaction the recipient upi id shows jio@citibank out of nowhere. The recipient also hasn’t received the amount.
