Hi,
I recharged my JIO Sim from JIO website and paid 297/-rs  as website listed available plans after entering my Jio Sim phone no.
But My voice call is not activated and when I call customer care they told me that you chose incorrect plan and you can use this balance only with JIO phone. I am surprised why should I buy JIO phone to use my existing SIM and balance .
When I created my JIO account on website and entered my JIO SIM no then it should charge only my jio sim not any other service which i never subscribed and specially without any warning.
I want my refund back as I am not provided any service for this amount.
