Jio prepaid no.6301291766, i did my recharge on 31.03.2020 for 399 but not successful, so i paid twice.
i was so busy i did not raise any complain, but my money was not refunded till date.
same thing happened in 25.05.2020, did recharge of 555, but not getting through, i thought they would do some refund so i waited, all in vain, again i did new recharge on 01.06.2020.
My credit card no.is 4377 XXX 9432 9466, the transaction itself is not at all highlighted in jio app.
