This is to bring to your notice that without any information/consent a JIO Fiber pole has been erected alongside/adjacent to our compound in front of our Property at the junction where we are planning to have a main gate during construction. The distance between the Pole and Compound is less than half a feet.
Construction is already began and the post is blocking the entrance. If the JIO Fiber Pole is damaged due to the ongoing construction work, then it is not my responsibility for the damage caused.
I notified Jio office Trivandrum for the past 6 months and there are no action taken. They are refusing to change the post claiming they don’t have budget to change even one post. I visited jio office more than 5 times and yet they are avoiding this issue.
