This is to kindly update you that we have purchased a Jio Phone last month , and from day one the charger never went into the charging socket fully . It used to go in half only , and i was under the impression that that was a feature . But from two days the charging stopped completely  , and when i visited your service center they say that the part has got damaged and they are charging Rs 410 to repair . 
 
Also they say from day one the charger needs to be able to be inserted fully into the socket , where i was not able to do so . I think it might be a manufacturing defect , but the service center folks are rude and argumentative . 
 
I would like to bring forward the below points :-
 
  1. There is a dire need to improve the customer service and the manner in which your team talks to us . We have come to Jio , when there are other options available . 
  2. We being educated folks , it is not acceptable that they tell us that we have inserted the charging socket wrongly , we do have apple and samsung phones with us , so we are used to operating high end phones as well . 
  3. Is there a survey conducted on the customer satisfaction at the service centers , if we have to continue with Jio are we expected to accept such rude behaviour when we visit your service centers . There seems to be no senior folks available , i am presently sitting in the reception of your service center , and from the past half hour or so , i have seen many customers walk out dejected with the service , since there is no feedback take  , the voice of the customer is not heard . Maybe you need to do some survey at service center like how they take the feedback at more / big bazzar while billing .

I expect refund of the money , in one month that i have used this phone , it has hung many times , the phone does not work properly , also now the charging has stopped and i am having to spend 410 Rs to get it fixed . Dont think this is a good product , and not sure how much more i need to spend to keep this working . 
 
Please let me know , i would like to return this phone and do not wish to use the same . 
I am writing further on this matter , yesterday afternoon after waiting for about 30 minutes , the technician got a different phone and handed over to us telling that they have replaced the phone , they took 410 Rs from us for repair as well , the phone did not look new as well. They made us sign some papers as well .
This phone seems to be old and may have other issues , as it is getting heated fast and also it is taking too long to charge , maybe it has a defective battery  .
My question is this  , if this is the case for educated people like us , not sure what is being done to the less fortunate  . The experience i had in your service center , was horrible , and i dont think i want to visit a Jio service center again in my life , please let me know what i need to do as i have spent about 1910 Rs till date and within a month have had absolutely horrible customer service /experience .
I want to know if anyone monitors what is happening , is the feedback given taken at all .
