Hi i had ported from Vodafone to Jio thinking of the service is better compared in Telecom Industry, but porting every day i have suffered why the hell i did a big mistake in my life
today 03 July 2018, i got my services barred due to an outstanding balance of my previous network provider without any prior notice they blocked calls, SMS, even customer care No i couldnt call, on inquiring they told me to pay the overdue in Vodafone it was only Rs 124/- i paid that immediately as i was not aware as there was no bill from Vodafone for this as it was already 3 months after porting, after paying the due I shared the receipt copy to their customer-care mail Id care@jio.com, they told within few hours it will resolved but now after follow up they are telling to wait for 48 Hrs, they need to get clearance from Vodafone what Logic is there to block for 2 days ? they can release and could block if anything is there to pay ?
whats my mistake here, they asked me money so i paid but the services arent released why i should for 2 days to get my unblocked,
