Text of Complaint by Abhinav Garg:

I have requested for disconnection of my Jio Fibre Number 299941924137 on 21st May ‘2020 and the request was to be processed by 29th May’2020. The request was closed without any action on 28th May’2020. I have called Jio again and then a new request was raised for disconnection on 28the May’2020. This request was closed on 3rd June’2020 after no action and on calling call center they refuse to register my complaint. My security amount is pending with Jio which they say will be refunded on device pickup. Now I am calling Jio again and again to pickup device but they are not doing it and now request is also closed. Please help me get my security amount refunded.
