Text of Complaint by Sonali biyani:

Jio fibre our internet service not working and not allowing us to top up or recharge online . The helpline number says they cannot help us and cannot resolve the issue and do not face this issue regularly and do not have a resolvement and need to escalate the problem to the team with no definite time frame of reaolvement and gettting the internet services to work.

 

my registered mob no with jio is 9820021113.

cannot understand why it’s not allowing us to recharge or top up as it was working just fine till Saturday morning the 16th of March .

my jio Giga internet ID is 400114588261.

we need this to work as how does one operate without internet or a definite time frame for a solution ??
