“I am Harish Kumar, a teacher residing in Shastrigaon, Girab, Gadra Road Tehsil, Barmer district. I have been a Jio user for the last 8 years. The nearest Jio tower to our village is in Girab village. Until 2 years ago, the Jio network connectivity in our village was good, but for the past 2 years, the network connectivity has been very weak. As a result, neither can we make voice calls properly nor are we getting proper internet service. There are about 700 Jio users in our village, and all of them are facing a lot of trouble. Therefore, I request you to kindly resolve our problem as soon as possible.”
