I have been using the above postpaid no. for jio now for more then 2 years , last year i had raised a complaint regarding network issue , which i was been told that will be solved in few days, months .
Since that day and till yesterday there is no resolve in my network issue problem yesterday again i had a live chat in your jio app with your executive and again i was been told that it will be resolved.
I have no network in my phone since yesterday. not even one single bar.
