I got my jio recharge online on -Feb-2020. I had problems connecting to internet and had lodged a complaint with Jio customer care 1800 889 9999. They accepted that jio had some issues with the network in my area and assured me that the network problem will be resolved in a days time. I have been following up with them on a daily basis on the status, but nothing seems to have changed except for the same excuse and regrets by the customer care .
